Devising Stories

This page brings together the stories currently in development.

Each story begins with a metaphor: a seed that resists classification, a marionette weaving the possibility of a new world, and a system of materials and machines shaped by productive interference. These metaphors take form through thermochromic pigments, smart textiles, Saori weaving, and responsive robotics.

The process does not follow traditional scripts. Instead, they unfold through texture, movement, friction, and sensory response. Stories emerge from the behavior of materials and the conditions they inhabit. Together, these stories explore themes of identity, transformation, and collaboration between the organic and the artificial. They invite us into environments where meaning is not predefined, but grows through contact, adaptation, and the unexpected outcomes of interaction. They are still in development.
